Since my last message we have actually looked into this internally, we have had some experience with this and we believe we’ve already solved it in two PRs that will be in the upcoming release
For right now, I have two suggestions:

Reimage your Pi. This is internally considered a “nuclear option”, and you will have to reconfigure your Amplipi and any expander units you may have along with zones, groups, and streams since your unit will be reset to factory default, and as such I recommend recording your settings as best as possible before doing so.

Await that release in the near future
If neither option solves things for you, the final solution we have access to is to suggest reaching out to us further either by emailing us at support@micro-nova.com or using the contact form on our website and we’ll begin the warranty repair process for you.
