So I went ahead and said well I’ll try updating to 0.2.16, however I’m getting syntax error in json when I try to update to it. Then I cannot press the reboot button unless I manually reset it with a paper clip.
I figured I’d try to update to see if it resolved my original issue of it resetting daily.
Hey @rwarner, we haven’t been able to reproduce the switch issue yet, and version 0.2.16 doesn’t change any behavior related to MQTT or the switches so its unlikely to fix your problem, but doing a factory reset in advanced settings then re-configuring the wifi might allow you to update without getting that json error.
Thanks @jonahshader – I just added another data point in the issue on Github fwiw. Will hold off on factory resetting to upgrade to 0.2.16
