Wanted to break up the MQTT issues and general issues and thought I would post another topic here for the two other things I’ve encountered:
The first one seems to be in current investigation, the second one I just wanted to make sure didn’t get missed.

Update: The invalid characters issue has been fixed and will be included in the next public release. Unsupported characters will be displayed as a blank instead of a random character, which isn’t ideal but the wall panel doesn’t have enough storage to store a full utf-8 font.
The Switches not working when disconnected from AmpliPi issue is understood and will be worked on soon, but we are currently working on getting MQTT running smoothly. That issue can be found here.
