Hey Jason,

I hope all is well with you.

This has taken me a long time to get to, but here it is…

I really can’t thank you enough for helping me with my self-created speaker problem. The fact that you actually came to my house (in Toronto, Canada!) to troubleshoot the issue was above and beyond. The device if fantastic and I use it everyday, all over the house. I actually just pressed Purchase on 2 of the control panels. Really looking forward to installing these!

Anyway, I thought that you were amazingly patient, and so pleasant to work with.

I really appreciate it!

It’s great to hear from you. Very happy to hear everything is going well with your unit, and yes I can relate, literally the first thing I do when I walk in the house after work most evenings is turn on the music!
