# Error on App. Cannot remove

Anyone know how to remove this error?

Yes I tried “X” and keeps coming back before I can exit again.

Hey vdubb!

Sorry about that, our recent update had a bug where the version number didn’t properly update; we’ve amended the update so that this is no longer a problem. Go to Settings → Admin Panel and reinstall AmpliPi version `0.4.12` to solve this issue. Even if you’ve already installed that update, your system thinks you’re on version `0.4.11` while expecting `0.4.12`, updating again will clear that out.
