Sorry about that, our recent update had a bug where the version number didn’t properly update; we’ve amended the update so that this is no longer a problem. Go to Settings → Admin Panel and reinstall AmpliPi version 0.4.12 to solve this issue. Even if you’ve already installed that update, your system thinks you’re on version 0.4.11 while expecting 0.4.12, updating again will clear that out.
